Corsair H90 140MM AIO liquid cooler review
H90 is corsair first step towards the single and dual 1400m cooler category and as such the product does really well in some places, and in some places it doesn’t. For the sake of convenience I will keep this short.
The main motive of corsair going 140mm way was to give some competition to the NZXT kraken series, but was it worth it?
The answer to this question is subjective. if you belong to those kind of people who would like to replace the stock cooling system and apply a low to mild overclock at acceptable voltages. this is the cooler for you. but if you already have a cooler like an H60 form Corsair u better off staying with that and not upgrading.
the performance given up to make this cooler is not acceptable, at least to me. And to top that the stock fan performance is not upto the mark. the one place where it excels is the noise performance. From my experience i can say this has to be THE quietest AIO i have tested.
One more negative point to note is the price and availability of the product in India. Corsair really needs to work those kinks out of their system and until then it will remain important to a very specific class of people. Not as a whole.
Overall a 7/10 from me. decent attempt from Corsair, but they need to work out the kinks as said before.
